BBQ duck rice paper rolls:
Shredded Peking duck, cucumber batons, coriander and glass noodles served with a fusion dipping sauce
Blackened Quail:
Chargrilled spiced Quail served on a green paw paw, lime and roast peanut salad with a soya bean and fish sauce dressing
Singapore noodles with bean sprouts, coriander, crispy eschalots garlic and chilli: [v]
Chinese egg noodles tossed in a garlic, chilli, ginger, spring onion and coriander dressing topped with golden eschalots and chilli
Herb and ricotta gnocchi, gorgonzola sauce, spinach and pine nuts: [v]
Home made potato gnocchi served in bowls with a subtle gorgonzola cheese, cream sauce.
Chermoula crusted Flinders Island lamb cutlets with harissa:
Middle Eastern spiced, tender lamb cutlets accompanied by a traditional chilli paste
Blackened ocean trout skewers with pickled ginger:
Cajun rubbed ocean trout pieces, cooked on an open grill, topped with slivers of pickled ginger
