Delightful, mesmerising and delicious - this is how we describe our desserts. Below is a small sample of dishes to give you a feel for our description. We hope you'll agree.

  • Coconut panna cotta with raspberry and lychee salad and Vin Santo
    Set cream infused with roasted coconut, on a salad of lychee and raspberries that are marinated in Vin Santo (Italian dessert wine) with a polenta based shortbread biscuit
     
  • Frozen bittersweet chocolate parfait with chocolate biscotti
    Frozen mousse made from bitter chocolate, sliced and served on sultanas soaked in chocolate liquor with a crisp chocolate and almond biscuit
     
  • Lemon tart with lemon confit and crème anglaise
    Classic lemon tart, cream, eggs and lemon cooked and set in a pastry tart case, with slow cooked lemon slices, cream and vanilla custard
     
  • Pavlova with yoghurt cream and berries
    Marshmallow like cooked egg whites and sugar, crisp on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, natural yoghurt and cream, with seasonal berries cooked with sugar to produce their own liquid
     
  • Tiramisu with biscotti
    Tiramisu – Frangelico sponge and savoiardi biscuits soaked in coffee, Galiano, Tia Maria and cognac sandwiched between a mascarpone cream
     
  • Coconut tart with pineapple and mint salad
    A set desiccated coconut tart with chopped pineapple and mint dressed with sugar syrup and passion fruit
     
  • Chocolate and nougat tartufo with coconut custard
    Honey, nougat and chocolate ice cream with crushed almonds, peanuts and coconut, set and rolled in roasted coconut with coconut custard.
     
  • Sauternes poached peaches, sable and star anise mousse
    Set aniseed flavoured mousse, between shortbread biscuit with saffron, poached peaches and lemon zest confit with their own syrup
     
  • Warm chocolate soufflé pudding with cocoa sauce and pistachio ice cream
    Self saucing hot chocolate pudding with warm cocoa sauce, amaretto (hazelnut) flavoured syrup, chocolate cup with a ball of pistachio ice cream and chocolate cigarettes
