Do you have a catering, food, venue or beverage question you need answering?

Q. What size functions can you cater for?
A. We can cater from 100 people to 3,000 plus in any number of formats and styles.

Q. Where can you cater within Sydney?
A. Please visit our venues page where you will see an array of venues that we can cater in throughout Sydney. There are many venues available depending on the size of your event. Please call us on (02) 9211 7255 for our recommendations.

Q. What standard of food do you serve?
A. Our chefs have come from a restaurant rather than a function background. The Cuisine Group's mantra is to deliver 5 star restaurant quality food & service in a function environment and therefore the standard will be higher than many other venues in Sydney.

Q. Can we bring our own wines to the function?
A. We supply the finest quality wines and have a large selection to choose from. Please request our beverage menu for a full list of wines.

Q. How far in advance do I need to book an event?
A. November and December are the busiest months for functions and we would recommend booking 1 year in advance to guarantee the venue of choice for your event. Outside peak times 6 months in advance is normally adequate.

Q. Why are there no prices on your menu?
A. We design and often tailor make the package according to the style and theme of your event. For every function we take a brief from you, and work to your individual requirements. We develop menus that suit your tastes, budget and theming

Q. Can you cater for vegetarians?
A. At all functions we cater on the basis of 10% vegetarian dishes. Please let us know if you believe there will be a higher proportion and we will adjust accordingly.

Q. Do you offer a spirits package?
A. We can arrange for a fully stocked bar at your function on a consumption basis or pay as you go.

Q. What other costs would I need to include?
A. The food and beverage quote includes labour and staff costs. All you will need to add on is venue hire, theming & production and security.

Q. Do you comply with all government standards?
A. Yes we fully comply with all government standards

  • The Cuisine Group is compliant in all other areas regarding the preparation and supply of food and alcohol

Q. In case of an emergency who do I contact prior or during my event?
A. If you are unable to contact your event co-ordinator, please contact Jeremy on 0417 803 175 who will be able to assist you.
